It can be difficult and stressful to be a teenager. Mindfulness is a powerful way to handle stress & difficult emotions, it also will give teens some valuable tools to look after the health of the mind.



Mindfulness is all about living fully in the present moment, without judgment, and with an attitude of kindness and curiosity. It’s about breathing & body awareness, noticing what’s happening right here and now, sending a gentle smile to whatever you’re experiencing in this moment (whether it’s easy or difficult), and then letting it go. You can be mindful anytime, anywhere, no matter what you’re doing. It sounds simple, but it’s not always easy to do, especially when you are stressed or experiencing difficult emotions.


This course will help young people;

  • To recognize and manage their (difficult) emotions.

  • To develop focus, concentration, self confidence and self-awareness.

  • To enjoy life more; cultivating gratitude, happiness and optimism.

  • To handle challenging situations and lay the foundation for positive relationships and academic success.
