El Mindfulness y la meditación son prácticas transformadoras que desarrollan habilidades esenciales como la inteligencia emocional, la autoconciencia, la concentración y la resiliencia. Estas capacidades aportan calma y equilibrio a nuestras vidas, permitiéndonos gestionar el estrés y enfrentar los desafíos cotidianos con mayor serenidad.

Mindful Guatemala es una organización no gubernamental comprometida con hacer que el entrenamiento de la mente (Mindfulness) y el corazón sea accesible para todos. Creemos que cada persona merece la oportunidad de desarrollar estas habilidades, fundamentales para su bienestar social, emocional y mental. A través de la venta de programas privados, logramos retribuir a la comunidad mediante la capacitación de docentes en el método SEE Learning® (Aprendizaje Social, Emocional y Ético). Este enfoque incorpora prácticas de mindfulness e inteligencia emocional en las aulas de manera semanal, empoderando tanto a educadores como a estudiantes para que desarrollen competencias socioemocionales que favorezcan el crecimiento personal y promuevan una cultura global de compasión.

Nuestra visión es generar un impacto duradero, especialmente en comunidades vulnerables, brindando acceso al aprendizaje emocional y mental para todos, sin importar su situación económica.

SOCIAL PROGRAMS

Unique one-year mindfulness programs serve the at-risk, under-served children and youth in Guatemalan schools and other non-profits organizations, working to train not only the students, but also teachers and staff how to integrate social, emotional and mental well-being strategies through mindfulness in education.
