Mindful Guatemala offers a variety of private programs for all ages to support individuals and groups in learning the valuable skills of mindfulness and stress management. These programs are offered throughout the year in multiple locations. An essential goal of Mindful Guatemala is to ensure the sustainability and impact of mindful awareness long-term and we have developed our private programs with this in mind. Each program is specifically tailored towards each unique client and impact of the program’s is monitored through follow-up and measurement tools.
